DMCA Policy

Now wait just a New York Minute! Let's slow it down like Max Payne for a second.

Before submitting that DCMA takedown request, let’s talk.

We’re open to partnerships, official collaborations, and creative ways to work together that benefit both sides (and the fans, too!). Whether it’s a license, co-branded drop, or other opportunity — we’d be stoked to explore it with you. BUT, if that Isn't something you can offer at this time (you sure?), feel free to continue below and we'd be happy to comply. Thanks!

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy for Fr3shly Dripp3d
Effective Date: June 2, 2025

Fr3shly Dripp3d respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will remove or disable access to material that infringes the copyrights of others. This DMCA policy describes how copyright owners may submit infringement notifications to us and how we respond to such notifications.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe in good faith that any content available on or through Fr3shly Dripp3d’s website (including images or designs) infringes your copyright, you may send us a written “Notification of Alleged Infringement” that includes the following information in the order specified below.

Failure to include all of this information may delay our response or render your notice invalid under the DMCA:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or—if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification—a representative list of such works (e.g., the title, registration number, or link to an authorized version).
  3. Identification of the material you believe to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material (for example, a URL or screenshot showing the infringing design, plus any relevant product listing or page).
  4. Your contact information, including:
  5. Your full legal name
  6. Your mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  7. A statement by you that, in good faith, you believe use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  8. A statement by you, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
